Day & Train – Training Add-On to Structured Daycare Our Day & Train program is a training-focused add-on to our structured daycare, designed for dogs who need more than just a well-managed day. This program provides consistent, intentional training built directly into your dog’s daycare routine. Dogs work one-on-one with a professional trainer throughout the day on clearly defined training goals. Programs may include: Foundational obedience (sit, down, stay, place, recall) Leash manners & loose-leash walking Impulse control & focus around distractions Calm behavior in busy environments Greeting manners with people and dogs Confidence building for shy or unsure dogs Structured social skills and appropriate play behavior Boundary work (settling, crate manners, transitions) Puppy foundations such as name recognition, engagement, and early leash skills Real-life skill application within the daycare environment Because training takes place within our structured daycare setting, dogs learn how to apply these skills around real-world distractions, routines, and social situations—helping behaviors carry over more effectively into everyday life. All Day & Train dogs continue to participate in our structured daycare schedule, including enrichment activities, supervised play (when appropriate), and scheduled rest periods to support learning and emotional regulation. This add-on is ideal for dogs who: Interested in our structured daycare but need more of an individualized training approach Need consistent, ongoing training support Benefit from practicing skills in a controlled, real-life environment Owners receive regular progress updates and guidance to ensure training continues at home.
